Golden State Warriors Hiring for Coordinator, Private Event Sales at San Francisco, CA Full Time

The Golden State Warriors are looking for an organized and proactive Coordinator to assist the Private Events Sales team through the sales cycle. In this role, you will utilize your sales, interpersonal and customer service skills to increase sales funnel with private event clients and collaborate with other GSW departments on projects. This position s to the Director, Private Events.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Private Event Sales team via Salesforce maintenance (i.e., maintain and update client files), field internal requests and project management
• Administer all formal requests, updates, and communication regarding Private Event bookings to internal departments
• Create and confirm event bookings including the documentation of event communication
• Lead post-event closeout with clients, accounts receivable and various internal departments
• Manage and update all marketing material inventory
• Manage departmental promotional inventory and work in sourcing new inventory
• Assist in management of Chase Center Private Events LinkedIn page
• Represent Private Event Sales team at meetings as required
• Assist with onsite visits and events
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, special events, hospitality and/or client management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Canva and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
• Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment

Time Commitment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (in order to work events), including nights, weekends, holidays

Compensation

• $32.41 per hour + Bonus
