Gold Rush Bistro Hiring for Head Line Cook at Seward, Alaska Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Cook, who wants to come and help us run our kitchen smoothly and cook on the line full-time for up to 6 months.
The restaurant work environment is fast-paced, efficient, family-oriented, diverse in ages, and encouraging. Been in operation for 14 years including in 2020 and 2021.
We require experience because we can train anyone to cook, even people who can’t make pasta. But we need another person who can work alongside the owners and make sure every plate is done right from prep to the table.
American food including, burgers, fish tacos, pasta, steak, and clam chowder.
Alaskan seafood including, halibut, salmon, king crab, and cod.
