Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for general recruiting needs, they are responsible for all aspects of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of talent, as well as supporting other recruiting team members as needed. They will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of the recruiting process, from creating job requisitions in collaboration with team members to on-boarding candidates.
Essential functions:
General Requirements and Qualifications:
Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken – professional
Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently
Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills
Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong candidate sourcing background
Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and extending offers
Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our Mission
Minimum 2 years experience as a recruiter required
Bilingual is a plus+++
