Gold Care Homes Hiring for HR Business Partner (6 Month Contract) at Uxbridge Full Time

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Business Partner join the team on a 6 month contract, the ideal candidate will have experience with TUPE.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As the role is generalist, its main focus will change year on year based on personal and company objectives however, it will include the following responsibilities:

• Supporting Home Managers in dealing with all Employee Relations issues
• Racking and reporting on resolution of ER cases
• Supporting and challenging managers in the application of HR policies and practices,
• Providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues, ensuring best practice is highlighted to minimise risk and financial exposure.
• contributing to the early and proactive resolution of potential people management issues
• Designing and delivering training to Managers on specific HR topics
• Hearing and analysing all exit interviews for the business
• Setting up and leading employee forums in all Homes
• Policies and Procedures
• Understanding and communicating HR policies and procedures
• Suggesting, amending and implementing changes to policies and procedures
• Auditing compliance to HR procedures in all Teams and Homes
