Inbound Remote Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Remote Sales Agent to join our team. As an Inbound Remote Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from prospects who have misdialed and opted in to receive a reward. The successful candidate will have experience in credit card extraction in a sales setting, not collections or customer service, and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in high-volume sales.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound call inquiries from potential prospects who have misdialed and opted in to receive a reward.
• Use active listening and effective communication skills.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing sales on the first call, demonstrating strong salesmanship skills and the ability to overcome initial objections.
• Accurately document sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have call center sales experience.
• Must have experience in credit card extraction in a sales setting, not collections or customer service.
• Fluent English: Good verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work PST hours. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Workspace/ Tech Requirements:

• Minimum Windows 10 – 64bit and I3processor.
• Hard wired to an internet modem with an Ethernet cable.
• Headsets.
• No background noises.
• Reliability with Internet and power.
