Company Overview: We are an exciting and fast-growing startup in the Human Resources space. Our passionate (largely remote) team is dedicated to building technology that helps mid-large companies find, inspire, grow and retain their employees.
About the Role: As we continue to evolve and expand, we’re seeking an Admin / Operations Assistant to support our founders and drive our operational efficiency.Â
This would initially be a part time casual role based either in Sydney or Brisbane and would be mainly remote with some in-person work from time to time. The time commitment needed is 2 days per week which can be flexible to accommodate study, family or other life commitments.
In the future, there is the potential of the role becoming full time and permanent, growing into an Operations Lead or potentially even our future Chief of Staff as the business grows.
