Job Description
The Role
Working as part of a busy and proactive HR team of 6, this is a vital full-time role, responsible for carrying out timely and efficient administrative processes associated with staff recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, communications, wellbeing and learning and development activities.
This role will be suitable for someone wishing to pursue a career in HR as full training and support will be given in studying towards a Level 3 qualification.
The Successful Applicant
Some previous experience in a similar role, together with a good educational background to include GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English and a thorough working knowledge of MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to show absolute discretion around confidential employment matters will be required.
