Trainee Adult Education Tutor – Chatham, Kent

Full time, permanent role. 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. *No weekends!

The role*
Go Train support thousands of people every year to get back into work, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our friendly and hardworking team in Chatham to tutor adults in vocational skills.

• tutor small groups of learners (average of 8 learners per group)

Progression* Frame
Unqualified Tutors £21,000
Level 3 Qualified Tutors £24,000
Leave 4 and above Qualified Tutors £26,000 – £28,000
Qualifications are only part of the internal framework.
