Duties:

– Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for Contractor positions within the organization.
– Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and candidate attraction.
– Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
– Coordinate with contractors and conduct orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
– Manage and grow your team including answering calls and emails to help contractors solve job issues.

Pay:

This is a unique situation where you will grow a team.we are paying you per work order the contractor you hire completes. Average pay is 2.50 per order with anywhere from 40-200 work orders completed per day on a team. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS PAY METHOD AT THIS TIME please do not apply.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Lead will be contracted to hire subcontractors and may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
