Go By Truck Hiring for Logistics Operations Manager at El Paso, TX Full Time

As the Operations Manager at Go By Truck, you will be responsible for the entirety of the Operations team. This person is a natural leader with the ability to effectively communicate team expectations and maintain the Go By Truck superior service standards.

It will also be your responsibility to identify individuals that can be mentored in practice and in culture to become leaders within the company as we continue to grow. Additionally, identifying teachable moments that provide opportunities to coach team members on professional growth is vital to the ongoing advancement of the Operations floor. It is your responsibility to ensure the Go By Truck mission is affirmed through every action of our daily processes.

What you need to do:

• Oversees the Operations team and is responsible for upholding teammates to the Go By Truck service standards
• Identifies inefficiencies and creates solutions to promote productivity
• Maintains professionalism on the Operations floor through phone call and email review
• Facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals
• Follows-up with all customers to understand how we can improve service in the future
• Sets daily revenue goals for the operations team and holds each team member accountable
• Steps-in to support Operations team whenever and wherever help is needed
• Leads weekly meetings with the Operations team to discuss areas of improvement
• Aids in customer conference calls with other Operations team members
• Maintains customer s

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in transportation and/or IT
• Previous management experience preferred
