What IS a Customer Service Representative exactly?

“Happy to Help” Customer Service Reps will offer a welcoming environment by greeting all guests with a smile and offering complimentary beverages.

Customer experience is our TOP priority. Your role is to establish rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience under any circumstance.

Be responsible for preparing and pulling up vehicles for showings, test drives and deliveries.

Should a customer want to take out a vehicle on a private test drive, the Customer Service Rep will arrange.

For any trade appraisals, the Concierge will take photos of the trade and input the photos and VIN into our system.

Trade negotiations? Our “Happy to Help” Sales Managers will take care of that so no sweat to you!

Arrange and organize the inventory and lot.
