Sales Development Representative (Remote @ 2 Positions)
SDR are expected to work the same time zone to support the teams as located as follows:
We are seeking a dynamic and hungry Sales Development Representative to join our team to support our ambitious revenue plan. This role s directly to the Head of Sales Asia. The successful candidate will help drive new business by reaching out to potential customers, supporting various demand generation campaigns, and qualifying opportunities. As an integral part of our commercial engine, you will coordinate closely with account executives and members of the marketing and operations teams.
As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. Your goal will be to educate potential customers on our products or services, understand their needs and pain points, and schedule introductory calls or demos with our sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of sales processes and be comfortable working with CRM software to manage your pipeline and track progress towards your goals. What will you be doing?
● Research and prospect potential customers using a variety of tools and techniques
● Identify decision-makers and build relationships through targeted outreach and communication across different channels
● Use a consultative sales approach to educate potential customers on our products and services and understand their needs and pain points
● Schedule introductory calls or demos with qualified leads for the sales team
● Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software
● Collaborate with sales team members to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
● Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed to generate leads and build relationships
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
● At least 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role
● Proven track record of success in a target-driven sales environment
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (Hubspot preferred)
● Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
