GMPC LLC Hiring for Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Full Time

Established accessory and apparel manufacturer is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

Skilled with ERP systems – order entry, invoicing – Great Plains experience a plus

Assist with inventory management – receiving, cycle counts, etc.

Maintain purchase order status and international shipping information

Support EDI interactions with ERP system. Fulfillment of orders, submitting 846 & 810 files in a timely manner

Work daily with supervisor to insure deadlines are met.

Help with logistics (TL, LTL and UPS/FedEx/small package), including scheduling pick-ups and creating BOLs.

Ability to multi-task

Knowledge of Excel is mandatory

Strong mathematical skills

Be a team player. We depend on each other to catch mistakes and help correct them.

Have a good attitude towards work, towards fellow employees, and towards customers.

This is a hands on position that will involve working in our warehouse. Must be able to work in various temperature conditions throughout the year. Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing and counting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
