The Entry-Level Adminstrative Clerk performs general office duties and supports broader servicing efforts in the collections department. This team member has contact with other Company departments, Vendors and outside agencies.
**Projected start date for this opening is begining of mid June.**

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with 1 Saturday per month.
Our in-office development program provides the training you need and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our customers. After six-months in the office you’ll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid-model where you can work from home 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
- Update customer information in a database.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Search for and verify information contained in files.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 0-2 years of monetary and/or regulatory processing experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced office environment
- Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
- Work a flexible schedule including extended business hours, weekends and holidays
- Subject to daily service level requirements
- Must be able to deal with stressful office conditions while troubleshooting problems
Salary: The range for this role is: USD $12.98 to $22.07 per hour. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
