Job Duties

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Identify key platforms and channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) to maximize our online presence and reach.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create compelling and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions, that showcases our products and reflects our brand identity.
• Manage the content calendar and schedule posts for optimal engagement and reach.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiate and facilitate conversations, fostering a sense of community and building strong relationships with our followers.

Influencer and Partnership Collaboration:

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement.
• Seek partnership opportunities with complementary brands or local businesses to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Social Media Advertising:

• Implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure, drive traffic to our store, and boost sales.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular s to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Analytics and ing:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular s on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role in the retail/fashion industry.
• Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and influencer collaborations.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the apparel retail industry and fashion trends is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
