Globe 24-7 is in search of a Talent Insights & ing Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role for the business by providing insights into activity and performance. be responsible for gather and analysing data relating to project recruitment for a major mining company and supporting operations in the region.

What does the role look like?

The Talent Insights & ing Analyst is critical to the growth and success of the APAC region. To facilitate this success, you will be responsible for:

• Providing the business with insights in relation to activity and performance.
• Gathering and analysing economic, market, competitor, candidate data and insights.
• Work with internal support functions to provide data support & evidence-based feedback towards continuous improvement

Working in the Business Improvement team, there are always opportunities to try out innovative ideas, as well as participating in virtual and in-person learning, and community

Are there any ‘must haves’?

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Strong analytical skills, including compiling, analysing, and interpreting data sets to translate into actionable insights
• Strong initiative and organisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Advanced expertise for Office365 products
• Data modelling experience through Power BI or comparable enterprise ing tool
• While not a ‘must,’ experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly advantageous
