GlobalStep Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Dallas, TX Full Time

Due to continued growth in the US, GlobalStep is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will help to accelerate our hiring in the US and be responsible for a variety of positions including Executives, Sales and Operations Management, Software QA Testers, Games Testers and Developers.

Responsibilities to include:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
• Create direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent in the US, focusing on a diverse range of professional and technical roles.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels across the business, keeping all parties up to date on recruitment activities, providing market intelligence, and offering consultative solutions to their hiring needs.
• Continuously develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools.
• Understand and take accountability for hiring metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work with Marketing Manager to drive strategies that promote GlobalStep

Essential experience:

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience specifically recruiting technical professionals
• Excellent at identifying, sourcing, and outreaching to prospects through various avenues in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate list within an appropriate and consistent timeline
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, LI Recruiter, and proactive phone and internet searches
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the local technical talent landscape.
• Extensive corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience building sourcing plans for multiple client groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to manage a high volume of customer needs at any one time.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and support other business needs when required.
