Do you have what it takes?

Our successful candidates have a passion for sharing their knowledge of golf products, equipment and brands while cultivating long-term customer relationships. They bring to the table their successful work experience in customer service, and can quickly establish rapport with the customer while utilizing excellent customer service skills and golf knowledge to provide a professional and insightful customer experience. In addition to assisting with general inquiries, other service needs may be order placement, order status, payments, refunds, products returns/exchanges or warranty questions.

Additional skills or experience needed to be successful:

• Must be legally able to work in Canada, and fluent (written/oral) in French and English
• Must have a good understand of golf, and golf products
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to effectively communicate with GlobalGolf Canada customers, as well as internal management.
• Experience utilizing Point of Sale (POS) and /or order management and phone queue systems
• Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Conceptual understanding of the Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces and online shopping experiences.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
