We are seeking a senior recruiter or current team leader who is looking to progress into a global role and take lead on all non-tech hiring.

Role Overview

• Leading and providing support, guidance, development and day to day management of Recruitment Partners and Coordinator roles.
• Supporting the TA Lead in strategic recruitment related project delivery and taking the lead on continuous improvement of processes, ways of working and localised projects.
• Be the principal Business Partner for recruitment across our non tech hiring.
• Challenging the way we do things, and in particular proactively seeking out new attraction methods that will enable the team to transition to a headhunting approach where required.
• Managing a high volume of vacancies and resource within the Team through good planning and time management flexing up and down to deal with key priorities.
• Being a brand ambassador for TA, able to sell the GSG proposition effectively to prospective candidates to maximise our candidate share in a very competitive market
• Make good quality decisions regarding candidate suitability on the basis of appropriate screening tools and call. Saving time for the Hiring Manager by qualifying and filtering candidates to ensure that Hiring Managers only see the most appropriate selections.
• Delivering excellent candidate experience at all times, responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
• Continually developing and reviewing all existing Talent Acquisition methodologies and relentlessly identifying new sourcing opportunities with a focus on direct recruitment, to ensure that GSG are able to attract top talent at the best price, reducing agency and recruitment spend.
• Take accountability for, and proactively search for solutions around ‘difficult to fill’ roles.

• Have experience of leading a team, responsible for high volume or specialist recruitment, with a focus on providing an exceptionally high quality end-to-end recruitment service.
• Are a capable, credible and flexible leader – with the ability to nurture, coach and develop teams.
• Have the ability to lead through influence.
• Are technology proficient with strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Technology.
• Are data driven, capable of using data to develop compelling narrative that helps to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Have excellent cross-functional working skills.
• Have excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service to all candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Are highly organised and comfortable dealing with a high volume of work and delivering to deadlines.
• Are a self-starter with the confidence to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required.
• Can demonstrate an ability to apply knowledge or take a fresh perspective to solve complex problems and issues that arise.
• Have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Have a strong understanding of social media and recruitment attraction tools.
• Have experience in recognising and acts on opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Are able to challenge, where necessary, in a constructive, honest, optimistic way.
