Global Pet Foods Marda Loop is Looking For Customer Service at Calgary, AB Full Time

We are hiring someone for a Customer Service position at a busy pet store in Marda Loop. Weekend availability a must, and flexibility during the week is preferred. We can guarantee 25-30 hours per week with the possibility of full time for the right candidate. Must love pets!

Duties:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
– Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience

Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
