Primary focus: Customer Service, Order Entry and Quoting

Global Metal Finishing has served Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and machine shops in the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern Regions for over 30 years. We meet the technical requirements while satisfying the engineering specifications for aluminum anodizing, hard coating, conversion coatings, and the passivation of stainless steel. In addition, our business supports the nation’s supply chain and promotes re-shoring efforts.

Areas of Responsibilities in Customer Service, Order Entry and Quoting

50% of the time is spent entering and developing quote requests.

25% of the time taking and making phone calls.

25% supporting the team and customer outreach.

Education and Experience:

• High School or Equivalent required; Associate level candidate preferred in either business or technical study.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical/counter sales support, accounting, or a dynamic office environment required.
• Experience working with computers is required for data entry or order processing.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Full-time position: Monday to Friday Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
