Global Logistics and Fulfillment LLC Hiring for Digital Marketing & IT Coordinator Full Time

Good with websites and marketing? Also good with IT, networking and computers? Fast-growing Las Vegas-based fulfillment/logistics company seeks mix of creative marketing and IT/computer-saavy team member with an outgoing attitude to support our marketing and basic IT needs. Position requires Wordpress website design skills; experience with SEO, CRMs, and social media; as well as good knowledge of IT, networking, and computers. This full-time position is for immediate hire.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing Wordpress to update company website, as well as creation of social media content (minimum of 2X weekly, especially LinkedIn), standard digital marketing/presentation documents, and other printed materials (flyers, business cards, letterhead, etc.).
• Supporting creation of company-wide marketing plans, branding, website content, social media content, imagery, and development of marketing and communication materials.
• Monitor and improve company’s online marketing and advertising activities (including GoogleAds, SEO and SEM), as well as track and weekly results of online advertising and leads.
• Assisting with computer and scanning equipment setup, basic networking and wifi support, equipment and online account configurations, messaging/communication systems, as well as planning/tracking of IT and technology equipment.
• Develop, maintain and improve company CRM, as well as create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Identify regional trade shows for possible company attendance, as well as planning for company materials, staffing and promotion of trade show participation.
• Conduct market research to identify regional competition, development of new services, marketing opportunities, market trends and benchmarks.
• Creating, measuring and maintaining company marketing and sales metrics, as well as creating biweekly /briefing for company executives.
• Periodically visit company locations in Las Vegas and Southern California to assist with marketing/branding activities at each site.
• Identify and screen potential vendors, manage print and marketing vendor contractors as directed, and assist with IT/communications vendors.
• Additional marketing, office, or administrative tasks that may be assigned.
• Strictly following quality, safety and workplace behavior standards.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of at least two (2) year of previous marketing experience in a professional setting, as well as 2+ years of Wordpress (or similar) website design experience.
• Education: minimum of High School graduation or some college experience with professional digital/design/marketing certifications, as well as for candidates with associate or higher college degrees.
• Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; GoogleDocs), Wordpress or similar web design skills, experience with SEO/SEM for websites, and be technologically savvy;
• Must be comfortable configuring computers, setting up wifi and scanning equipment, understanding basic networking, and managing online accounts.
• Must have solid organizational skills, be detail oriented, have ability to work independently and set priorities, and have great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates should have a professional demeanor, an excellent work ethic, strong reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Some regional travel (Las Vegas-SoCal) will periodically be required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.

Compensation:

Starting wage for this full time position is 20.00/hr DOE. Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO); vision, dental and life insurance; and matching 401K program.

Job location will be at our distribution and fulfillment operation near Las Vegas Blvd. N (89115). May require periodic travel (approx. 1-2 times/month, 1-2 days) to our facilities in Southern California.
