The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven and proactive HR Advisor to join our Melbourne HR team. This role will report to our Human Resources Director and will the primary point of contact to deliver all generalist HR issues and initiatives for all our Victorian businesses. You will utilise your amazing communication and relationship building skills to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with the other HR Coordinators based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Your HR skill set is comprehensive and you are also willing to roll up your sleeves to assist with the general office administration duties as required. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage generalist HR queries in a timely fashion
• Generate accurate paperwork such as offers, employment variations and KPI/ performance management records
• Facilitate and deliver induction training as required – first impressions count!!
• Deliver on a range of day to day varying and challenging HR queries, displaying a strong HR knowledge suite with a passion to continue to learn
• Monitor & maintain personal information of employees
• Liaise & support HR payroll process systems
• Participation in adhoc projects, reports & presentations as identified by the HR Director
• Ability to apply your generalist knowledge across a fast paced and complex business matrix (in excess of 30 brands)
• Work with a close collaborative team and be willing to coach and mentor other team members as they grow and develop their own HR career journey.

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship & rapport building skills
• Outcome driven and takes pride in delivering quality advice and documentation
• Must be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong planning & organisational skills
• Ability to navigate your way within a complex business structure
• Can-do & positive attitude
• Composed, empathetic & honest nature
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
