Essential Functions (including but not limited to) : Under the direction and leadership of the Department head to which you are assigned, the Corporate Office Assistant will be responsible for Basic administrative work;

data entry; scanning and filing; special projects as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications :

• A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound independent judgement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while multitasking
• HS Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
• Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse cultures
• Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
• Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)
• Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 platform including Microsoft Teams
• Sensory Requirements : must be able to look at computer screens for extended amounts of time. Must have adequate sight with or without the use of corrective lenses;

adequate hearing is also required for phone communications.

Environmental : Indoor office setting, indoor / outdoor setting at airport, some local travel required

Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills : Basic Arithmetic
