Global Education Academy Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Kogarah Full Time

Global Education Academy is looking for a hardworking and reliable Junior administrative assistant to join our talented GEA team. This position would be perfect for who is taking a break from UNI or a HSC student just finished year 12.

A bit about the role…

The role is on a casual basis, however the roster is consistent. You will be rostered for 15-20 hours per week between 2 pm – 7.30 pm weekdays + Saturday am or pm shift between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. You will get Sunday off and one or two more weekdays.

This is an administrative assistant position that manages the day-to-day functions of the office at our Kogarah Campus.

Responsibilities include:

• Face to face interaction with students, parents and teachers

• Answering the phone

• Responding to enquiries from parents via the phone and emails

• Data entry

• Invoicing, sending quotes based on given instructions from the sales team

• Scheduling appointments

• Handling internal databases and appropriate records

• General office duties such as filing, printing and purchasing of office supplies and equipment, light cleaning and all the boring things that you can turn into fun.

• Experience in sales is a bonus
