Responsibilities:

Sales Research & Presentation Prep:

• Conduct thorough research on potential clients, industry trends, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
• Gather and analyze relevant information, such as company profiles, decision-makers, and competitive landscape, to tailor sales presentations.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs.

Initial Sales Presentations:

• Engage with potential clients to deliver impactful sales presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition, handle objections, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of the company’s capabilities and solutions.

Lead Gen & Pipeline Management:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Nurture leads through the sales process, proactively following up and ensuring timely progression towards closing deals.

Tradeshow Lead Gen:

• Represent the company at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct effective prospecting activities, engage with attendees, and qualify leads for further follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize tradeshow presence and leverage marketing materials for lead generation.

Key Account Sales Focus:

• Identify key accounts within the target market and develop strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and aligning company solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.

Clean Handoff to Onboarding:

• Facilitate a seamless transition for new clients from the sales process to the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to provide comprehensive client handoff, ensuring a smooth implementation of products/services.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients during the onboarding process to address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Experience in delivering compelling sales presentations and effectively handling objections.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Responsibilities:

– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
