Global Communities is seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to join the People & Culture team at the headquarters in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.

Responsibilities
The Director of Talent Acquisition manages a team responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies (domestic, international, and proposal) for various position levels for US Based and International positions. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in talent acquisition to executives, senior leaders, managers, and staff across the organization. In addition to talent acquisition efforts, the incumbent leads onboarding, AAP reporting, employee stay and exit interviews, and recruitment pipeline management. This position reports to the VP, DEI and Chief People Officer.

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline with a minimum of eight years of related work experience or a minimum of 12 years of related work experience.
