We are looking for a target driven, ambitious, and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our UK office as we continue to grow our team at a lightening rate. As Astound continues its momentum in our global expansion, our UK team is looking to build out our Talent Acquisition team, to not only develop and improve on existing infrastructure and source extraordinary talent, but also build on existing relationships with key-stakeholders while acting as an Astound brand ambassador.

In this role you will get to

• Build-on and maintain strong relationships with key-stakeholders and hiring managers
• Grow and manage the UK team, across functions
• Develop and grow strong relationships with potential talent
• Collaboration with other cross-functional team members to manage expectations, and ensure all processes are run efficiently
• Support initiatives to help capitalise on market opportunities
• Support the preparation and implementation of new recruitment plans
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including requirements gathering, managing and posting roles, CV screening, head-hunting, conducting and co-ordinating interviews, negotiating and closing offers

Your skills and qualifications

• Target-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn
• Confident, communicative, with a strong sense of accountability
• Organised, honest, and a strong team-player
• Previous business development, sales, or recruitment experience preferred
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to pre-empt and proactively solve problems
