Global Banking School Hiring for Student Finance Officer Job at Birmingham, England Full Time

To support students for Student Finance application during our admissions and enrolment processes by contacting students, scheduling online meetings, updating records, and responding to enquiries about applications. To assist the Finance team on tracking and chasing students for tuition fee providing a high level of customer care throughout the academic year.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all students receive full support for their student finance application before the course start providing prompt and accurate advice to their enquiries.

• Review, analyse and report fee income and missed payments.

• Manage all Student finance part of the administration processes related to undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment.

• Coordinate the School’s recruitment and programme management activities.

• Support accountant for purchase orders, invoices, expense recording and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance subject.
• Experience working in finance operations in HEI/AP.
• A high degree of computer literacy (particularly Microsoft Office applications).
• Expert in MS Excel and pivot tables.
• The ability to use statistics and database management.
• Effective time management and planning.
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.
