We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work within our Software Development Team who will take responsibility the the creation and maintenance of our internal software, websites and customer portals.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• To design, implement, test, document, maintain and support bespoke software to meet the needs of the business.
• Working closely with others in the development team and internal stakeholders, as well as some external clients and service providers.
• Assist with the learning and growth of other team members.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of creating and/or maintaining software development projects as part of your studies or in a work environment.
• High coding standards.
• Expertise in PHP and SQL.
• Advantageous: Javascript/jQuery, CSS3, experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience of third party APIs, AWS.
• Diligence and thoroughness.

This role can be fully remote although occasional travel to one of our offices in Birmingham, Clevedon or Stoneleigh will be required.

Salary: £28,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
