C++ Software Developer to join a leading software house working in an agile development environment on complex software packages. This permanent role is with a company based just north of London, candidates can work remotely, but MUST be UK based and should be willing to travel in for meetings on a regular if not frequent basis.
This role would suit a C++ Software Developer with 5-10 years of commercial experience and solid software design skills. You should have solid coding experience in C++, but C# and .Net experience will also be considered. Ideally you should also have some experience with Python as well.
The C++ Software Developer should have a strong educational background ideally with a degree in Computer Science prior to 5+ years of commercial experience in a development team working on multithreaded applications, GUI development, or presenting large data sets in real time or near to real time. Any experience with web technologies such as javascript, node.js, HTML or CSS and real time dashboards would be of specific interest.
You will be involved in all aspects of the agile development lifecycle and will contribute to the design and development of bespoke software. Candidates with a background in GIS, 3D Graphics, Games Development geophysics, oil and gas engineering or defence sector or engineering industries would be of specific interest.
