We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Officer who has a passion for exceptional service delivery to join our HR team. This position is permanent full time, working a Monday to Friday roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The provision of generalist HR support and advice to all key stakeholders.
• Recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.
• Assisting with the employee performance review and development process.
• Coordinating activities in line with the HR attraction and retention strategy.
• Maintaining the integrity of personnel files and HR registers.
• Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
• Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community.

About you:

• You will posses a Certificate IV in Business or Human Resources and have experience in a similar HR role.
• You are highly organised and solutions focused professional who can operate in a dynamic environment.
• You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
• You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively.
• You are a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.
