Glasgow School of Arts Hiring for Academic Quality Office Assistant Job at Glasgow, Scotland Full Time

The post holder will work as part of a small team, providing administrative support for all aspects of academic quality assurance and compliance, including: Freedom of Information requests; Subject Access Requests; institutional complaints management (Scottish Public Sector Ombudsman Scheme); student misconduct cases; academic appeals; committee management; and academic standards and quality assurance processes at GSA.

As a minimum you will have Higher grade or equivalent qualifications, and have relevant work experience in a Higher Education or a related sector. Experience or thorough knowledge and understanding of HEI process and procedures regarding academic quality assurance, including committee support, would be an asset.
