We are recruiting an additional Employee Relations Advisor until March 2024 to join our 3,000 strong team of dedicated staff and volunteers and help us deliver our People Plan. You will join a great team who work closely with managers and trade unions, providing advice in all aspects of policy, best practice and employment law. You’ll manage a varied and complex case load, coaching managers in employee relations/policy issues, including conduct, capability, attendance management, performance and organisational change. You’ll plan activities that promote a positive employee relations climate and work with the HR team to continue to develop our managers and reduce formal cases.
