The GCU Admissions and Enquiry Service is currently advertising a number of roles across our Department.
As part of the Admissions Administration Team, the successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of the goals of the Admissions Service by providing an effective and efficient, customer centred applicant experience. The key purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to the Admissions and Enquiry Service, assisting with the processing of applications and decisions, and providing effective delivery of all admissions processes. Educated to HNC level or equivalent, the appointed candidate will have a proven track record in a service delivery and target driven role. With the ability to work methodically and analytically, we will be looking for excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as strong IT competence.
A flexible approach will also be required for the above role, as work patterns will include some evening and weekend work required on occasion. Annual leave may be restricted at certain times of the year to accommodate peak business needs
