Gladway Company Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

Gladway Company is looking for an experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. We prioritize delivering results over perfection.

Our Account Managers provide solutions in food service disposables, meeting the growing demands across our portfolio of customers. We value teamwork and communication to cultivate a great company culture and to build long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

• Research, market and effectively present all of our products to new and existing customers
• Understand the pros and cons of all products
• Providing delightful customer service
• Maintain an existing customer base
• Record all communication activities in a CRM system
• Gather information to predict product demand
• Qualify inbound leads
• Organize regular customer meetings to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet with customers onsite on a quarterly basis
• Prospect new sales by cold calling
• Attend trade shows and hosting customer events when necessary
• Maintain regular communication with other Account Managers and support staffs
• Share industry movements and trends internally
• Attend sales meetings and regular team check-in meetings

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solve independently
• Team player
• Proficient with softwares

Compensation:

• Base pay
• Generous commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
