Glades Talent is working with a standout Home Care organization looking to fill a Director of Talent Acquisition in the Midlothian area.

The Director of Talent Acquisition is under the direct supervision and direction of the Vice President. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for full-cycle recruitment to include sourcing, screening, coordination of the interview, orientation, and onboarding of Field Staff. The Recruiter maintains partnerships with all hiring managers and works collaboratively with all company leaders to stay abreast of recruitment and retention needs. This position adheres to all Federal, State, Local, and Company policies and regulations. Requirements:
 Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role within the healthcare industry
 Outgoing personality with the ability to connect well people
 Knowledge of social media recruitment preferred
 Ability to demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional
conduct within a full cycle recruitment process
 Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an
organization and externally with candidates
 Must be independent and detailed/organized
 Professional with excellent presentation skills
 Competitive drive to be the best in the industry
 Excellent time management skills/ability to hit deadlines on time
