Accounting Administrator
Compensation: Starting pay rate of $43,000-53,000/yr + three performance bonuses a year!

Progressive and growing master distributor of industrial fasteners seeks a results-driven accounting professional who has excellent communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that will support our continued successful relationships with vendors from all across the world. This individual must be a team-player with desire to contribute and achieve. The winning candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding his/her skill set. Responsibilities:

• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable and the help desk as needed.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain the fixed asset software and files.
• Prepare foreign vendor wire payments.
• Prepare USMCA and other related documentation.
• Assist with the daily cash management responsibilities.
• Additional routine supporting duties to ensure successful company administration.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong computer skill with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional with an organized approach
• Critical thinker with advanced problem solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and standard business practices systems preferred
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience preferred
• Experience and/or education in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields preferred

Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment. Occasionally, the candidate will work in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates.
