Job Description – Recruitment Account Manager

They have a very unique structure in which they have Account Managers for Clients and Consultants for candidates. This has helped their continuous growth and has also allowed each department to do better work and achieve better results through specifically focusing on one key area of the recruitment process.

Day to Day:

• You will be managing both existing, active accounts and will also be responsible for generating new business.
• You will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Following company procedure and adhering to set targets to help drive company growth.
• Make sure that the company is always represented in a professional and exceptional manner.
• Being the first point of contact for existing accounts whilst also making sure that new accounts are right for the business and drive profits.

• Someone with at least 3 years of sales experience.

What they are providing:

• Basic salary of £35k – £40k
• OTE of £70k -£80k
• Up to 40% commission
• Flexible working schedule, 2 days in London office / 3 days WFH (Flexible on days)
