JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide elevated customer service and white glove order fulfillment for our growing luxury brand that specializes in a high curation of designer jewelry and inspired home decor. The ideal candidate will acquire product knowledge of our designers and artisans and be able to convey the unique characteristics of each with energy and enthusiasm to our existing and new clients via phone, email and chat.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Process online orders with elevated packaging presentation.
• Manage and organize inventory.
• Assist clients with their orders and shipping status.
• Travel to St. Armands store to pick up merchandise and deliver packages to USPS and UPS when needed.
