Girikon is looking at hiring Digital Marketing Specialist with the following job description :

Girikon is a leading IT Consulting and Services company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. It is looking to onboard a Digital Marketing Specialist, who can lead and manage the digital marketing activities for the organization.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services.

You will play a key role in driving online engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through various digital channels.

This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process & Drug Test.

Location Phoenix, AZ (Preferred) / Anywhere in USA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitors’ activities.
• Create and optimize engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools and make recommendations for improvements.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, optimizing for higher open and click-through rates.
• Leverage HubSpot or Salesforce to automate marketing processes and campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key metrics and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Preferred to have knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce or similar marketing automation tool.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
