About the Role

Gippsland Physiotherapy Group are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Recruitment/Resourcing Officers to join our growing head office team!

This role will include working with and exposure to:

• Administration recruitment
• Physiotherapist recruitment
• Trainee recruitment and support
• International recruitment (VISA Sponsorship)
• Registration management
• Liaison with tertiary institutions and governing bodies
• Database management
• Job writing and advertising
• Reporting
• Rostering
• General administration as required

About You

The successful applicant will possess:

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or generalist HR/IR.
• Sound computer skills – including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• A friendly and empathetic nature with the ability to converse and build rapport easily.
• Experience managing funding sources and opportunities.
• Ability to liaise with a variety of internal customers and external networks.
• Exceptional database management skills.
• A genuine “team player” who is both flexible and reliable.
