We are Hiring for Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role

Work Location : Corsham/Hybrid (WFH) – 3 times per month office

Job Description:
Advising on policy and process including procedural compliance on recruitment principles to ensure we adhere to Civil Service commission open and fair competition rules.

Partnering stakeholders at all levels to understand the requirement of the vacancy and candidate profile. Advise on sourcing strategies across all levels of seniority to enable decision making

Preparing campaigns and driving the process through to conclusion providing advice and guidance where required and ensuring RLM are making the right recruitment interventions at the right time

Writing compelling job adverts that leverage our employment brand and that sell Defence Digital as an employer of choice and the benefits of working with us

Sourcing Devise and carry out targeted research strategy. Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media and assess potential candidates to ensure qualification and skills match

Evaluate campaign success and review candidate journey and RLM feedback to ensure a environment of continual improvement

Keep abreast of sourcing developments and building a pipeline of a scarce skillset

Person Specification:

• Experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner with ability to source and build candidate pipelines
• Excellent Stakeholder holder engagement skills
• Ability to work as a team to deliver an objective
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and to meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £300.00-£370.00 per day
