We are a full-service marketing firm that specializes in providing custom digital solutions for small businesses, including logo design, website development, SEO, content creation, social media management, email and blog marketing, digital advertising, and business consulting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Highly Creative with extensive graphic design experience with Canva.
• Scheduling experience with Hootsuite or other similar scheduling platforms.
• Experience with designing, creating, and managing email marketing campaigns on platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
• Implement a strategic content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties of the Social Media Manager

• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the client’s target customers.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms
• Design, create and manage email marketing campaigns on platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.
• Create blog posts and drive traffic to the blog with social media.
• Develop and implement monthly posting schedules and content editorial calendars
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence for our clients

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a social media manager or virtual assistant with social media management experience for small businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and mimic the voice and tone of different clients.
• Maintains excellent written and communication skills.
• Expert with Canva or other graphic design software.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools
• Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing platforms
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
• Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
