Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Based Glasgow

OTE £40,000+ in year 1

Starting base salary £22,000 – £27,500

A leading Engineering recruiter in the Scottish market, and industry experts in their specialist sectors, are looking to appoint a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join an established and knowledgeable team.

Working from a fantastic office location in Glasgow, the company also offer flexible and hybrid working once through an initial training period to ensure you are upskilled in your role. This is a training role, and as such, full and comprehensive training will be provided, so previous experience of working in recruitment is not required. All they are looking for the right candidate to have are strong communication skills, ambition, resilience and a willingness to learn!

Relevant work experience gained during studies would support your application so please detail where you have operated in a business to business capacity or worked to targets.
