Excellent opportunity to join a very profitable and rapidly growing Dallas company. This role will to the Corporate Controller and will lead a team responsible for the consolidation accounting and ing.
The company has experienced tremendous growth through acquisitions and is in the process of preparing for an IPO.
Currently they are implementing a consolidation software tool and redesigning their business processes. Their is a high emphasis on implementing best practices in the financial close process with a focus on a more robust and SOX compliant department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive corporate accounting experience along with a CPA and experience in public accounting.
Strong systems skills are a must. Our client offers a great career path as the company continues to grow through acquisition.
