THE ROLE

Giftbit is hiring a Marketing Co-op for an 8-month term. As the Marketing Co-op, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound marketing content and collateral, such as blogs, emails and social media posts. You will also build, monitor and maintain automated email marketing campaigns with attention to contact qualifiers and lead scoring. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Research, strategize, brief, write, edit, and publish content for social media, email marketing, blogs and website content

Create and design industry-leading emails

Build and manage email marketing automations

Dive into all digital assets for quality control and review

Assist with daily community management of client social media channels

Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Ability to write digital content such as blogs, social posts, emails, and website copy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stay organized and meet project deadlines

Functional knowledge of social media platforms

Graphic design skills using a variety of software

Base knowledge/experience of content management software tools

EXTRAS WE’D VALUE TOO

Graphic design skills

Experience with Hubspot or similar content marketing & automation tool

Knowledge of keyword research and SEO best practices

Experience or knowledge around lead scoring and database cleanliness

Knowledge or experience with PPC ads for social media, google, display ads

Financial compensation at Giftbit rewards growth, performance, and teamwork. We pay people based on experience and proficiency to clear industry benchmarks and market standards. The salary range for this role is dependent on candidate experience.
