Gibbs Hybrid is recruiting 2 Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Cheshire.

Compensation and Benefits Analyst will join and be together with the team to take care of total reward programs (company’s compensation and benefits, leaves/absence management, recognition program…)

Compensation and Benefits Analyst key requirements will include but not limited:

• Benefits administration (health and welfare, risk, retirement, savings plans, wellness)
• Leave of absence management (base pay, long and short-term incentives, job evaluations and pricing, allowances, one-time payments)
• Good knowledge about HR policies, processes, regional employment laws, total rewards legislative requirements for the relevant region
• Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
