Gi Group Hiring for HR Adminstrator at Warwick Full Time

Our client is looking for a Generalist/HR Administrator to provide support in their HR area of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in this role and would be ideal for either someone starting their CIPD qualification or for someone with previous administration experience with skills that can be transferred to this role.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8am to 4.30pm. Friday 8am to 12.30pm. However can be flexible.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Making and answering telephone calls and signposting as appropriate,

sending/receiving facsimile and e-mails.

• Maintaining the office filing systems, including archiving and securely disposing of

sensitive information where appropriate.

• Maintaining and updating systems/databases and records to ensure accuracy
• Photocopying of documents
• Involvement with HR related projects

Required Experience:

• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Flexible approach
