Job Title: HR Recruiter – Digital Marketing

Location: Toledo, OH – Remote

Duration: 04 Months Contract with possible extension

Pay rate : – USD 46.00 per Hr / W2

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for influencing decision making by building and presenting fact based and compelling business rationales to support hiring decisions, initiatives, or resources. In this role, you will primarily support Manufacturing. Expectations of you include but are not limited to:

Know our company, business results, talent needs and labor markets.

Partners with Senior leaders, HR leaders and TA leadership, this role will be responsible for coaching the hiring team through the entire search from position scoping, to successfully identifying and hiring qualified candidates. They will lead and execute recruiting strategies to identify and build a proactive network of external technical talent

Conducts market/labor research as needed to generate talent pools using all available resources.

Leverages analytics and technology to identify talent pools and uniquely positions *** employment opportunities with competitive advantage in the market

Fill Open Positions for assigned departments or businesses.

Develop offer recommendations as appropriate in partnership with the HR Generalist and Total Rewards.

Deliver results against established department metrics/standards:

Drive processes and behaviors to deliver a smooth, candidate friendly selection process that fills open roles.

Establish and maintain appropriate internal processes that ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

ATS experience with multiple operating systems, SAP/Success Factors Talent Center, is preferred.

Specialized candidate sourcing experience using digital media and search engine based techniques such as LinkedIn, SEM, SEO and various job boards.

Proven experience developing recruiting strategies for multiple roles and similar labor pools, focusing on both short and long-term talent needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred

Five years or more of recruiting experience
